If you live in the UK:

All items will be sent by first class post using Royal Mail. I usually post items within 2 working days of receiving payment and will notify you when I've posted your order.

If you live outside of the UK:
I will post your items within 2 working days of purchase. Please allow 7 - 14 days for items to arrive. You will be notified when I've posted your order, so you know it's on it's way to you.

Please note that due to customs and different postal systems, delivery times for overseas are only an estimate.

The amount I charge is for actual postage and also the cost of the packaging materials I use. I try to make my postage and packing costs as accurate as possible, if I find that the amount I have charged you for p&p is more than you have paid, you will of course be refunded the difference via paypal.

Registered post and insurance isn't included in the postal charges quoted for single items under £30.00, but I would recommended it if you want added security. I can provide a quote for the additional postage if you request it.

If you would like your items sent recorded/insured please contact me so I can let you know what the extra postal charges will be.

Additional information:

If your name and address are not the same on both Etsy and Paypal, please contact me as soon as you purchase an item to let me know your correct details. This has happened on a couple of orders and I can't post your order if I don't know your correct name and address. As previously stated, no refund can be given for items lost in the post.

I'll happily do custom orders in small quantities, (except for scrabble tile pendants and bears - they take quite a long time to make). Please contact me and we can discuss what you would like. And as I'm only one person (and not a production line - even though I've tried!) I can't do large custom orders.

On a final note:
All my handmade items are made with love by me and are from a pet and smoke free home.
